The work is assembled from found pieces of welded metal, some of which are elaborately engraved. Individual elements include cogs, bolts, nuts, wires, and tubes. The wings are made of children’s construction kit, the body is covered in thorn-like metal pieces and a shower hose is attached to the fly’s underside, visible thanks to mirrored plinth to which the fly is attached.
