Six figures – four dancers and two musicians Deco style – cut from sheet steel, welded and bolted together and painted. The design was to reflect the site’s former life as the 1930s Grand Ocean Hotel and to commemorate its redevelopment into residential apartments the artwork stands by the entrance to the doctor’s surgery.
