There is no clothing or jewellery covering the chest of the figure, which is more likely to be the feature of a Buddha or Luohan (Arhat) rather than that of a Guanyin. However, a Buddha or Luohan would not wear a long skirt such as the one this figure is wearing. The left hand of the figure is holding a bottle or vase, while the right arm and hand is not seen.
