A winged figure of Peace, holding an olive branch containing a dove, and standing on an orb atop a moulded pedestal. On the left side of the pedestal at a lower level is a sitting male figure holding a short sword, and on the right side is a sitting female figure holding a wreath. Both figures lean against a shield. Everything is set upon a square stepped base with corner lampstands bearing globe lamps.
