Half-length portrait of a man in a blue coat and red cloak. The sitter married Lady Anne Newport, 3rd daughter and co-heir of Richard, 2nd Earl of Bradford and Mary Wilbraham. Sir Orlando Bridgeman was for some time MP for Shrewsbury. Their children: Mary b. 15 August 1722, died in infancy; John b. 14 October 1723, died 20 September 1724; Henry b. 7 September 1725, died 1800. He became the 5th Baronet on his father's death in 1761. He was created Baron (Lord) Bradford, of Salop on 13 August 1794, being then the senior and shortly afterwards the sole representative of the Newport, Earls of Bradford family. Diana b. 26 September 1726, died 21 January 1764, she married John Sawbridge on 15 November 1763 but died two months later. George b. December 1725, died 26 December 1776, unmarried.
