Henry Mee

Painter in oil on canvas, born in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, noted for his portraits. He studied at University of Leeds, 1975–9, teachers including Lawrence Gowing, Tim Clark, Griselda Pollock, Francis Fraschina and Terry Atkinson.
