James Arundel
1875–1960
Painter, born in Bradford where he died, although he also lived for a time in Lincolnshire. By profession a lighthouse builder and refurbisher, Arundel did not begin painting seriously until shortly before World War II, studying part-time at Bradford Arts Club.
