A square plinth on steps. Each of four faces consist of an inscription panel beneath a crocketed and carved gable supported on two marble columns with stiff-leaf capitals. Columns develop into crocketed pinnacles. Broaches convert the square plan into an octagonal stone spire with a terminating crocket finial.
