A series of plaques with inscribed names, a dedicatory inscription below, and a wreath between name panels. It was originally sited at the headquarters of the Midland Bank in Poultry, City of London. Midland Bank was taken over by HSBC in June 1992, whose headquarters are near to the memorial's current site. The memorial was rededicated in its current site on 19th June 2009.
