Nine musicians wearing sombreros, cummerbunds and jackets with two rows of buttons. They play a saxophone, a large drum, two guitars, a clarinet, two violins, a small drum and a mandolin. Figures fill the picture space. Etched in a loose sketchy outline with some cross hatching. Some ink left on the plate on the bottom left hand corner. Paper has the watermark 'Marais' followed by a small flower with five petals
