A drinking fountain with square steps to a moulded plinth with bowls to each face. The fountain above has grey columns with pediments to each side, red granite plaques, and a fluted grey drum with a domed top. One lion-head tap survives on the north-west side, and the City Arms in brass facing south- west. This fountain commemorated the Industrial and Fine Art Exhibition held on the site during 1893–1894.
