The Curator , Derby Art Gallery, 26th April 1945, Dear Sirs, I have a picture of part of Old Derby and wonder if you would care to have same. The picture, on canvas 131/2" X 171/2" was commissioned by my late father William Hunt, pork butcher, in 1898. It shows, in Green Lane, Hunt's shop and adjoining in Victoria St the Queens Head kept there by Mrs John Taft
