A trio of murals on the façade of a utility building in the park created by The Matchbox Collective in collaboration with local residents and communities. The first mural 'Fire and Flight' is by Ellie Fryer featuring cats eyes watching, owls swooping around the sky and a building glowing in the darkness with flowers around, with a poem to one side. The glowing building is reference to the park's Broomfield house which was damaged by several fires. On the upper elevation of the building there is a yellow abstract wall mural by Gavin McPhail. The third mural 'The Cat in the Aviary' is of a cat prowling amongst the flowers with poem by Will Redgrove. The hand drawn lettering is by Trin Signs, assisted by Chelsea Frew and Melissa Hartley.

poem one: The fruit & flowers glow in the starlight we have escaped our gilded cage - most of us / A chance / to play and swoop! / in the distance / a grand site / below is / a spectre / claws and teeth / reflective eyes / so beautiful / our wings are stiff / and unused / but we can try / to soar / a structure / roars with / orange light.; poem two: The Cat in the Aviary / I am a stalker of mice and birds / a merry prankster a deadly hunter / needle sharp teeth and crescent moon claws / a queen / a disrupter / a wraith / I prowl around this pretty cage / what's this? / a door ajar? / Inside the most colourful prey / pandemonium / I remain silent, I must carry out my duties.
