A memorial in the form of an Eleanor cross with the sculpted figure of Henry Handley under a pinnacled and crocketed canopy, with two tiers of canopied niches with small statues. Henry Handley was born in Sleaford in 1797, served as a Member of Parliament and died in 1846.
