An ornate square stone fountain on open ground above the sea. it features a tapering pyramidical top with foliage frieze. Pointed arches with crocketed gablets rest on coloured shafts with crocket capitals to each of the four sides. It has a red granite horse trough and a white marble bowl for dogs. The sculpture was built by the Reverend J. S. Neumann as a memorial to his wife Annie after her death at the age of 69.
