A Portland stone statue of Flora. Her head is cocked to the left and a posy of flowers is held within the folds of her dress by her right hand. The statue can be identified as Flora from the flowers and the tree stump beside her which has leaves issuing from the base on the right hand side. The pedestal appears to be made from a foreign, perhaps Dutch, stone, and seems to have been set into the brickwork and so has presumably been in place since the kitchen garden wall was built around 1836. There is a separate Ketton stone plinth between the base of the sculpture and the cap of the pedestal.
