The four columns are located in St Mary’s Square and are topped with masks which relate to Watford’s twin towns in France, Germany, Italy and Russia. Each comprises a tower of three stainless steel tubes which support two cast bronze masks 1 m high, made with Castle Fine Arts foundry.
