A large-scale drawing depicting three faces with almond eyes, drawn with distinctive characteristics that give different characters to the faces. Each has a retrousse nose and small rosy lips, rather childlike. Each face has a ruffled cap or cruciform on the forehead. Lying across the bottom of the drawing is another face, perhaps a swaddled baby. A bold horizontal line divides the three faces above from the one lying across the bottom.
