Emma Charlotte Llewelyn was the daughter of John Dillwyn Llewelyn (of Penllergaer). She married Henry Beynon Crichton and they lived at a house called 'Wyecliff' at Hay. The artist George R. Chapman was born in Preston, Lancashire in 1834. As an artist, George Chapman was active in the period 1863–1874 and was a friend of James McNeill Whistler.

Lily Marion Anne died aged 7 years old.
