Inscription description
arysgrif / inscription: Obtained from Richard Palethorpe who found it on the rocks below Bodorgan Hall on Dec 31st 1961. This bird in very poor condition, probably due to very severe weather of frost and snow. A little egret has been reported on Anglesey, from various places since Sept 1961. Wing – 277mm. Bill to tail – 600mm. Span – 950mm approx. All drawings life size excepting that of over wing.
