A war memorial on a rectangular platform on a stepped ashlar plinth. There are inscriptions, partly illegible, around the platform. At each corner, a cannon sits on a stone base. In the centre of the platform there is an octagonal cupola in the Chinese style, with a swept octagonal spire. It has round columns with traceried brackets, and inscriptions in Chinese and Russian on the frieze.
