A drinking fountain commemorating the Diamond Jubilee year of 1897 of Queen Victoria's reign with a tap over a projecting semi-circular basin and on the opposite side a tap projecting over a drain. The base and shaft are square rising to an octagonal section with a knopped conical top. It is set on a stone base in a paved area with corner obelisks.
