Marjorie Sherlock
1897–1973
Painter, etcher and draughtsman in pencil, born in Wanstead, Essex. After early education in Cambridge, Sherlock studied art under Walter Sickert and Harold Gilman, the Camden Town Group painters, shortly before World War I.
