Philip Hugh Padwick
1876–1958
Landscape painter, born in Horsham, Sussex. He studied at Slade School of Fine Art. Was an extensive exhibitor, including RBA and ROI of both of which he was a member, Fine Art Society, RA, RHA and Paris Salon.
