Painter and designer, born in 1967, who lived in Willenhall, Staffordshire. She studied at Walsall College of Art, Derbyshire College of Higher Education and Winchester School of Art. She became a textile designer and went on to study for her master’s degree in that field at Royal College of Art. Her paintings were drawn from dreams, postcards, natural forms, toys, media images, works of art and visits to museums and galleries, and repeated patterns were a feature of her output. In 1992 she had a show at Walsall Museum & Art Gallery which drew inspiration from the Garman Ryan Collection held there, in which her vibrant sense of colour was well shown. She also conducted workshops and demonstrations.
