Painter and decorative artist in oil and tempera; etcher. Born in Enfield, Middlesex, Watson studied at the Royal College of Art under Sir Frank Short and W R Lethaby, 1911–15. He exhibited at the RA, NEAC, Manchester City Art Gallery and Nottingham City Museum and Art Gallery. Leicester Museum and Art Gallery holds his work. Lived at Thurcaston, Leicestershire.
