Painter and artist in collage and Letraset on paper who worked individually and collaborating with Jo Baer. Starting in Ireland in 1978 they worked together until 1984, Robbins settling in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire. Their collaborative appearances included 112 Workshop, New York, and Galerie Rolf Ricke, Cologne, both 1980; and Lisson Gallery and Riverside Studios, 1982. Robbins’ solo shows included Jack Wendler Gallery, 1973; Museum of Modern Art, Oxford, 1974; Robert Self, 1976; Barry Barker Gallery, from 1977; and Oliver Dowling Gallery, Dublin, 1978. Arts Council holds several examples.
