Artist who studied at Hornsey College of Art, leaving to become a designer and illustrator. He travelled extensively in Britain, urban, rural and coastal landscapes being a strong feature of his output. Plosky showed frequently in the RA Summer Exhibition and at the RBA. Christie’s, South Kensington, offered groups of his pictures in 1999 and 2001 and in 2003 Panter & Hall held a “first one man show of this popular Welsh artist depicting scenes of North Wales.” The Glasgow Art Gallery, the University of Portland, Maine, in America, and private collections hold examples. Plosky lived for many years in north London.
