
Artist whose work included abstract paintings, born in Middlesex, who studied at Bideford School of Art, 1960–4. Pipkin showed at Flint Eisteddfod, sponsored by WAC; worked on animating a film sequence produced for a large computer company; and in November 1969 exhibited works in the ICA Play Orbit show at Nash House. Solo shows included Woodstock Gallery, 1969; Hampstead Artists’ Council/Camden Arts Centre, 1979; and Knapp Gallery, 1995.
