Painter, born in Tokyo, Japan, who studied at Chelsea School of Art, 1987–90, and Royal College of Art, 1990–2. His appearances included East & South at Norwich Gallery/Kent Institute of Art & Design, 1992; Off Site at Cooling Gallery and Flowers East, both 1995; and John Moores Liverpool Exhibition, 1995–6. Solo shows, Flowers East, 2001 and 2003. In 1994, Osuga was commissioned to paint a large picture for Tokyo’s Communication Building. The Museum of London holds his work. Lived in London.
