Portrait painter, born at Waterloo, near Liverpool, married to the painter George Hall Neale. After initial education in Liverpool she studied art in Paris. Exhibited RA, SWA and Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, prolifically, also ROI and RP. Lady Lever Gallery, Port Sunlight, holds her portrait of Lady Lever. Lived in London.
