Landscape painter born in Mitcham, Surrey. After Alleyn’s School, Dulwich, he attended Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts, 1945–7, his teachers including John Minton and William Townsend, then Shrewsbury School of Art, 1947–8. Showed at Trafford Gallery and elsewhere.
