
Installations artist, born in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. He graduated in fine art at the University of Humberside, gaining his master’s at Goldsmiths’ College School of Art in 1995–6. Griffiths was included in the Neurotic Realism series of exhibitions starting at Saatchi Gallery in 1999, creating a series of realistic-looking control panels which turned out to be made of cardboard boxes and household rubbish. In 2000–1 he shared a show at The Curve, Barbican Centre. He had work in the Saatchi Collection, where his Beneath the Stride of Giants was included in Galleon and Other Stories in 2004. He lived in London.
