Painter and teacher, born and lived in London. He studied at Hammersmith and St Martin’s Schools of Art and Royal College of Art and in 1957 was included in Jack Beddington’s book Young Artists of Promise. Went on to become senior lecturer at Sir John Cass School of Art. Showed at RP of which he was a member, RA, Leicester Galleries, with Roland, Browse & Delbanco and abroad. In 1987 he had a retrospective at Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry. Contemporary Art Society and Guildhall Art Gallery hold his work.
