Sculptor, born in Windsor, Berkshire, a keen equine draughtsman from her early years. She moved to sculpture while studying for a fine art degree at Southampton University. Goodman used welded steel to capture the movement and energy of her subjects, describing her works as “drawing in space”. Watchful Stag, included in Art on Show, The Gallery in Cork Street, 2001, was typical.
