Artist and gallery owner, born in America, who studied at Chelsea School of Art, 1964–8, then Royal College of Art, 1968. She established the Shirt Sleeve Studio, then in 1987 the Fouts and Fowler Gallery. She had a first solo show at Angela Flowers Gallery in 1974 and in 1994 was an Artist of the Day there, chosen by Les Coleman.
