Sculptor in various materials and painter, born in Vienna, Austria. After secondary education there he moved to London in 1939 and studied at Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts, 1947, teachers including Victor Pasmore. Showed at Leicester Galleries and Marjorie Parr Gallery and had a series of solo shows at Mercury Gallery between 1964–72. Among his international commissions was metal sculpture for British pavilion at Expo ’70, in Japan. His Family Group, stylised figures in bronze presented in 1970, stands at Carlton Forum Estate in Nottingham. Eisenmayer later moved to Italy.
