Painter and teacher, born in County Durham. He studied at Leeds College of Art, 1964–8, and from 1970 taught at South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education. He was included in WAC show The Probity of Art and the Paris Biennale in 1980, and was included in John Moores Liverpool Exhibitions starting in 1982. Had solo shows in London, Aberdeen, Exeter and Newcastle. Arts Council holds his acrylic on cotton duck Salvo II, of 1981. Lived in Cardiff.
