Painter, born in London. Trained as a structural engineer, he was mainly self-taught as an artist. In 1958 he moved to St Ives, Cornwall, and became a member of the Penwith Society. He had solo shows at Rowan Gallery, 1966, and Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol, 1969, and in 1992 was included in Belgrave Gallery’s British abstract art of the 50s and 60s. Victoria & Albert Museum, Contemporary Art Society and Arts Council of Northern Ireland hold his work.
