Self-taught artist noted for his depiction of the East Anglian coast, especially the skies and landscape of Norfolk. He was an associate of the RBA, also exhibiting at the RA Summer Exhibition, ROI, with Judy Hines of Holt and at other galleries in East Anglia. Commissioned work included The Maritime Trust. Collectors in Britain and abroad owned his pictures.
