Landscape and flower painter, especially in watercolour. His early career was spent working as a lithographer, then as a commercial artist with a printing company. Medici Society reproduced his work, and he exhibited RA, RI, ROI, Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, and Paris Salon. Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum in Bournemouth holds his work. Lived in Ewell, Surrey.
