Painter in acrylic, film-maker and teacher, born in London. He studied at Beckenham School of Art, 1961–3, Ravensbourne College of Art, 1964–7, and Royal College of Art, 1967–70, his teachers including Brian Fielding and Alan Green. Taught part-time at Maidstone College of Art, but his exhibiting career was established in the west of England, where he showed with Arnolfini Gallery, in Bristol where he lived, Bath Festival Gallery and elsewhere; also showed at ICA.
