Two sculpted heads, located between arched windows on the first floor of this two-storey building. the building has a polychrome front with faced rubble and freestone granite and terracotta details. The decoration is deep plan and Venetian Gothic in style. The ground floor has segmental-arched openings; a doorway with nook shafts and an open pediment with Masonic symbols.
