Lena Alexander
1899–1983
Painter of flowers, portraits and landscapes, including views of Paris and Venice, who studied at Glasgow School of Art. Became a member of the Kirkcudbright School, where she lived from the mid-1930s, and exhibited at RSA, Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts, RA, SWA and Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool.
