The services on offer include internet access and a range of software (all computers are shut-down 15 minutes before closing time). There are books for loan – a constantly updated supply of books including fiction, information, education, leisure, children's and teenage books. There are also large print books, books on tape/CD, language courses on tape, DVDs and music CDs. The Library holds newspapers (national and local) and magazines. Available is a children's area and 'Teenzone'. There are black and white photocopiers and CD burners, new self-issue points and a study area.
