Weston Park and the majority of its art collection was gifted to the nation in 1986 by the 7th and present Earl of Bradford. Its internationally important art collection includes magnificent paintings by Van Dyck, Gainsborough and Stubbs, and spans almost every type of fine and decorative art, including tapestries, ceramics, and silverware, amassed by several generations of the families who called the stately home their own.
