This award-winning gallery hosts an impressive collection of over 2,000 artworks, from Pre-Raphaelite paintings to contemporary photography, including works by major artists such as Sir Frank Brangwyn, Sir Edward Burne-Jones, Tacita Dean, Thomas Gainsborough, Grace Gardner, Dame Laura Knight, Lee Miller, Sir Roland Penrose, Man Ray and George Frederick Watts.The core of the gallery's art collection was gifted to the town by South African businessman and philanthropist Alfred de Pass in 1923. The gallery is also now home to the RCPS Tuke Collection, comprising 280 paintings by renowned Falmouth artist Henry Scott Tuke.
