Kirstin Mackinnon is an emerging artist based in Scotland. Since graduating in 2023 with a degree in fine art, Kirstin has been recognised for her painting and writing through acquisitions, awards and publications. Her work has also been acquired for a public collection. Kirstin's paintings have featured in the RSA New Contemporaries 2024 exhibition, the Visual Arts Scotland centenary exhibitions and Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year 2024. Her postgraduate research has focused on gender equality in contemporary painting.
