Farah Nayeri is a London-based culture writer. She writes for The New York Times, with a strong focus on visual arts, and is also a regular speaker at conferences. Originally from Iran, she lived and worked in Paris and Rome before making London her base. Farah has also written for the culture pages of The Economist and The Wall Street Journal, and was previously an arts correspondent for Bloomberg. She is a classically trained pianist.
