Chris Francis is an arts educator, illustrator, writer and co-founder of ArtPedagogy and PhotoPedagogy, two popular online resources for artists, educators and students. He has led workshops and professional development at a range of institutions including Tate Modern, Autograph, The Photographers’ Gallery and The Royal Photographic Society. He is a regular writer for NSEAD’s AD Magazine. Chris best summarises his creative practice as ‘serious mischief’ – an ongoing quest to unpick art and art education via thinking hard coupled with less predictable actions, collaborations and picture-word doodling.
